Our bowls are heavy weight, durable, 16gauge stainless steel that's dishwasher safe. After manufacture our bowls are tested for lead, mercury, and cadmium by an independent lab that is a third party accredited by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). You can view the test results here.
